What is the cost for a Clever Cabinet and the other Ecosystem devices?

Clever Cabinets are owned by Clever, Customers use the Cabinets for free. A fixed monthly digital fee applies. Replenishment and courier fees may apply.

Other Clever devices in the Clever ecosystem may have an up front cost. Replenishment and courier fees may apply.

How can Clever save me money?

How does Clever work?

The Clever Cabinet and Ecosystem is the world's first and currently only, first aid Cabinet and ecosystem of devices connected to the internet.

Clever accurately senses when stock is removed and replaced. When the stock is low, Clever automatically orders new items to provide an exceptionally high standard of stock compliance. The Clever App allows you to receive real-time event notifications and know the status of your devices.

What do I have to do to maintain my Clever Cabinet and other Ecosystem Devices?

Clever Cabinet's and Ecosystem Devices are simple to maintain. You will receive notifications via the Clever App when any action is required, for example; "New stock has arrived for your Clever First Aid Cabinet, please replenish it."

Does Clever monitor use-by dates?

Yes, the use-by dates of all first aid inventories are monitored automatically so you don't have to check them ever again.

Can I see a demo of the Clever App?

Where do I find Clever video tutorials?

All our videos tutorials and documents can be found on the Clever App. These resources are only available to customers using Clever.

What does the Clever Ecosystem comprise of?

Clever are constantly expanding the range of ecosystem products. It is designed to cater for all your first aid requirements and for you to manage them all from our convenient mobile app. Devices currently available are Mod and Max cabinets, Kiosk Kits, AEDs, Eyewash stations, Vehicle and Mobile Kits, Grab Bags, Bio Hazard Spill Kits and Sharps containers.

Can I integrate Clever into my H&S Reporting Platform?

Yes you can. We are integrated with Donesafe and Ecoportal currently with other integrations requested by customers.
The key benefits of the integration are:

  • A closer correlation between incidents and reports in your EHS system.
  • Time-saving and accuracy of report writing with the core information pre-populated from Clever.
